A new year offers a lot of possibilities. It poses the option for people to view their lives as though it would be a clean slate – a new beginning. Yes people have those resolutions to change the world and themselves. Regardless of whether you are looking outwards or inwards this year; make sure you look after yourself.
Make it matter. Try something new.
With the end of 2011 fast approaching we would like to wish you and your family a blessed festive season, joy and happiness during the holidays.
That said we are closing all clubs on Christmas and New Year day; public holiday times will be applicable on all the other days.

The final stretch of the year is at hand. Beach and fun in the sun weather is at hand but most of us are forced to spend most of our time in offices.
This is where a training program can make a huge difference. The benefits of training are numerous least not your ability to deal with just that much more on your plate.

A little mixed bag for the beginning of winter is just what the doctor ordered, So get something warm to drink and sit back and relax while you feast your eyes on some interesting news from your favourite training partner.
With a certain nip in the air it seems that the first of the cold weather has at last met our shores. Bringing with it a change not only visible in nature but also in our daily lives – what we wear and eat are the first things that will change. May ushers in the longer nights and shorter days and the knowledge that winter is fast approaching don't forget to stay warm.
With April holidays and Easter around the corner, we are all looking forward to a break in the heat. With milder temperatures you can make the most of your training program. You should also keep an eye on your calorie intake especially with a switch to carb based soups on the cards for colder days.
Work up a sweat and travel safe!
