No white bread:
Have a high fibre toast with some strawberry jam.
Half the portion:
If you need to take in carbs you can always only have half your regular portion.
Swap the Latte:
Have some black coffee or espresso.
Squeeze your own juice:
Rather than purchase pre-packaged juices.
Egg whites only:
Swap two scrambled eggs for 4 egg whites scrambled.
Eat out of a cup:
Serve your muesli in a cup – this way you will eat less.
